What would be your key responsibilities?
Develop monitoring activities related to the Compliance function (e.G.
trade surveillance, communication surveillance, gifts and entertainment, cross-border activities); Perform testsrelated to regulatory risks (Compliance Monitoring Programme); Ensure that any identified regulatory breaches are recorded; Develop process for the follow up on the implementation of key regulatory changes; Improve the process internal documents renewal and follow up; Improve the process of tracking the documents attestation; Assist in theprocess of correspondence with the public authorities (register, response control); Assist in thepreparation of management information for the Senior Management Committees; Assist internal and external auditors on their requests; Assist with employee's requests in regard to the Compliance Forms (Personal Account Dealing, Outside Business Interests, Cross border notification, Conflicts of Interest reports, Gifts and Entertainment notifications); Track the implementation of the Internal Audit findings relating to Compliance activities; Other Compliance activities, as directed by the Head of Compliance.
