Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience.
We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.
The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Business Experimentation consultants advise executives on business decisions using Mastercard's industry-leading predictive analytics SaaS platform, Test & Learn. They work with customers to identify key priorities, then design and run business experiments to establish which ideas work and how to deploy them.

Please review our consulting specializations to learn more about all opportunities and apply for the position that is best suited to your background and experience: Consulting Specializations at Mastercard Roles and ResponsibilitiesClient ImpactProvide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statementsContribute to the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data science tools including Test & LearnCollaborate with Mastercard team to understand clients' needs, agenda, and risksDevelop working relationship with client analysts/managers, and act as trusted and reliable partnerProvide analytical and technical subject matter guidance and drive client success through Test & Learn adoption and competencyTeam Collaboration & CultureCollaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver recommendations to clientsIndependently identify issues in defined area of analysis using Test & Learn, and structure and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findingsLead internal and client meetings, and contribute to project managementContribute to the firm's intellectual capitalReceive mentorship from consulting leaders for professional growth and developmentQualificationsBasic qualificationsUndergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, technology, or data science, or proven work experience related to data driven analysisRelevant teamwork and client or internal stakeholder management experienceLogical, structured thinking and affinity with numerical analysisAdvanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skillsAbility to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to communicate effectively in English (mandatory) and the local office language (not mandatory) and another European Language (e.g. Spanish, French, German or Italian)Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needsPreferred qualificationsAdditional relevant data and analytics experience in data modeling and database management (e.g., SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or time series analysis and segmentationExperience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third partiesAbility to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement the best solutionsRelevant industry expertiseCorporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:
