We are looking for a Team Leader for our LoopsOS teams to lead our operating system for circular economy.
Salary range: 65k – 80k
Your impact in the roleProactively identify, prioritize and resolve issues as they arise while working within a teamProvide mentorship on your team to help them grow individually and as a teamEnsure a balance between team progress & technical debt, while mitigating any project riskEmbrace uncertainty over highly agile processesEmpowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, technological knowledge, and communication skillsRemain up to date with new development trends and technologies, and contribute to company-wide technology decisionsCreate a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
What matters the most for this role10+ years of experience with Ruby on RailsDatabase proficiency with PostgreSQL & RedisCapacity to think and communicate concisely and critically over complex technical, architectural and team challengesAblity to coordinate technical design and development teams over different projectsOwnership and responsibilityAbility to troubleshoot & maintain and refactor legacy codeBe Detailed Oriented & a Self StarterMotivated with a Positive AttitudeWillingness to be part of a bigger team, provide and receive constructive feedback
