What You Will Do
As Frontend Lead, you will have the opportunity to work across digital design and programming and collaborate with the engineering, design and project management teams based in London, Lisbon, and Geneva to help us bring our clients' ideas to life. This is an exciting role that includes hands-on development, oversight and the opportunity to lead multiple projects.

Requirements:
Day-to-day management of technical team members on projects you are responsible for, ensuring they understand their tasks and deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect, user-centered digital products.
Translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code to create the visual elements of the application.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand the project requirements and bridge the gap between digital design and technical implementation.
Work closely with the Delivery/PM team to create accurate project plans, manage project risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Take an active role on both sides and define how the application looks as well as how it works.
Be a point of escalation and resolution for project delivery issues.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use .
Establish and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and testing procedures to maintain code quality and reliability.
Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product quality.
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in the development of interactive websites that utilise modern HTML, JavaScript, and CSS frameworks .
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Architect, design, and implement scalable, performant, and maintainable frontend solutions using React JS and related technologies.
Good knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular or Vue.JS.
Good knowledge of (HTML5, CSS 3, SCSS, Bootstrap 3/4).
Highly knowledgeable and versed in various front-end libraries and a passion for creating more in HTML.
Good understanding of modern CMS platforms and how to create modular components that work within them.
Working knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms.
Experience with version control systems such as Git .
Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
