Hiire is on a journey to change the world of Recruitment; we aim to be a reference. We are looking for a mid-level Recruiter who wants to help grow our RPO / Embedded area. The first challenge is with one of our current customers for one year. Why would you like to work with us? We are looking for people who want to be themselves, grow with us, and change how people see recruitment companies and hiring. How can you collaborate with us? As a Recruiter, you'll be in an RPO mode in one of our current clients. This will require a presence of 2 to 3 times a week in an office in Lisbon. You will be responsible for recruiting for different roles (tech, finance, technical roles, etc.), helping the company define and implement a hiring strategy, and working on their employer branding (job fairs, for example). Hiire will support you in that mission. You're ready to join us if you: Communicate like a pro – with both clients and candidates; Are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment; Are looking for a youngand dynamic team; Want to join a growing company; Care about people. If you are a Recruiter, we expect you to: Have a proven track record of success in recruitment (at least 3 years); Be a sourcing magician who can unearth hidden talent pools; Have good negotiation skills to secure top candidates.
