Hybrid Technical Support For Digital Marketing

Start Your Career in Digital Marketing We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as Technical Support for Digital Marketing.

Your Responsibilities Solve technical issues and fix/repair online marketing platforms in a B2B environment.
Define solutions to clients and adjust existing processes to guide possible solutions.
Use basic coding and diagnostic skills to analyze problems.
Recognize client goals and support them through chat by providing tailored solutions.
Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Requirements You must be proficient in German (native level) and have a good level of English (at least B2).
You should have a high school degree or a bachelor's degree.
You need to have a background in technical support.
You should have a general understanding or interest in online marketing products.
You must be a strategic thinker.
You should have a drive for excellence and professionalism.
You should be a true team player and willing to work with diverse nationalities.
What We Offer Fixed-term contract for one year, renewable every year.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 hours/week), no weekends.
Hybrid work after training.
7-10 weeks of training.
Salary conditions: Including free accommodation: €1030 gross/month + bonus up to €400 gross/month.
Without accommodation: €1400 gross/month + bonus up to €400 gross/month.
For international applicants: Reimbursement of initial flight costs after 9 months.
Pickup from the airport.
Annual return ticket to home country (within the EU).
Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc.
