Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:Implementation and continuous development of the global master data management (MDM) and cross-system master data processes.Conceptualization and introduction of standards & methods in coordination with departments ( Engineering, Controlling, Supply Chain, ...), business units and central departments.Participation and, potentially, leadership of specific MDM project initiatives ( roll-out, governance) as well as conducting process analyses and creating requirement concepts.Creation of change impact analyses and derivation of necessary process and organizational change requirements.Creation of documentation / training materials and conducting trainings.Be a central point of contact / consultant for departments and business units on a global level.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Bachelor or Master degree (Computer Science or Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification.Several years of professional experience in master data management (MDM) as well as in data and process modeling of complex scenarios.Methodologies for project work, preferably in agile project management in an international environment.Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications for implementation in IT systems.Strong analytical understanding of processes and systems.Excellent knowledge of mapping master data objects in SAP (ERP / MDG), PDM, PIM, as well as in logistics and reporting systems.Structured approach and targeted communication.Proficient use of office applications.Excellent English language skills.Willingness to travel internationally.Additional InformationWhat we offer you: Challenges in an international environment | career opportunities in one of the best companies in the world | flexible hours | medical services | discounts for employees | sports and health related activities | canteen | good access to public transports | space for creativity.Success stories don´t just happen.
