A group of people who live for the business and technology breakthroughs, creating fast, cohesive management and decision tools. We are looking for a RED TEAM COORDINATOR to join our SECURITY OPERATIONS CENTER (SOC) team at BIT. Reporting to the Area Manager, the RED Team Coordinator's mission is to work closely with the BLUE Team, the defensive counterpart of the RED Team, to simulate real-world cyberattacks and test the effectiveness of our IT security controls and defenses. Your goal is to identify and exploit the vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our IT environment, and to provide clear and actionable recommendations to improve our IT security posture and resilience to join our operational security team and help us improve our cybersecurity posture and resilience. Work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be valued and recognized for your contributions; Be part of a transformational project that aims to make Sonae MC a reference in the IT security field in Retail business, by increasing the maturity and scope of the IT security services we provide; Challenge yourself and grow your skills and knowledge in the IT security domain, by facing diverse and complex scenarios and learning from the best in the industry; Make a difference and have a positive impact on the IT security posture and resilience of Sonae MC, by helping to identify and mitigate the cyber risks and threats; As a RED Team Coordinator, to join our operational security team and oversee the planning, execution and reporting of simulated cyberattacks against our IT infrastructure, systems and applications; Defining the objectives, scope and methodology of the RED Team engagements, in alignment with the business needs and risk appetite; Leading and mentoring a team of skilled and motivated ethical hackers, ensuring their professional development and performance; Conducting and supervising the RED Team activities, using a variety of tools and techniques to identify and exploit vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our IT environment; Communicating and collaborating with the relevant stakeholders, such as the BLUE Team, the IT security management, IT Operations, etc
