Com reporte à líder da área de Transformação, esta pessoa tem como missão desafiar a organização e apoiar a sua estratégia com soluções disruptivas, liderando projetos chave que irão redesenhar o seu futuro.

- Liderar e apoiar projetos transformadores, transversais à empresa, focados em áreas de negócio existentes ou em novas áreas de atuação;
- Promover novas formas de trabalho junto das equipas de projeto, segundo a metodologia Agile;
- Trabalhar de perto com os principais stakeholders da empresa (direção, comissão executiva, administração);
- Conduzir análises de mercado, tendências e portfolio de negócios;
- Desenvolver e acompanhar o ciclo de planeamento estratégico;
- Suportar momentos de comunicação da estratégia.
- Formação superior em Economia, Gestão, Finanças e Engenharia / Gestão Industrial;
- Entre 3 e 4 anos de experiência em consultoria estratégica ou em equipas de estratégia em ambiente corporativo (preferencial);
- Experiência em liderar projetos multidisciplinares e transversais às organizações, e em desenvolver e guiar equipas;
- Experiência de interação e discussão com stakeholders seniores;
- Fluência em inglês (escrito e falado).
