Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Within the framework of HR Services, we are providing excellent services and business competence regarding all HR Services related processes.
As HR Services strives to combine competent and professional business partnering with a constant enhancement of services in an efficient and value-adding way, the role is vitally supporting this target by following key responsibilities.
Key Responsabilities: Perform general administration of HR Services tools, programs, and processes on a global level Direct support to Team Lead in HR Benefits topics (HR requests, dispatching, auditing, improvements, problem solving) Be a contact person and provide professional advice, expertise and service excellence for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding Benefits and more complex HR Compensation topics Provide consistent information to employees on HR Benefits topics Handle several benefits processes related to Germany, Netherlands, Portugal and Switzerland, including birth cards, baby gifts, commuting reimbursements, sports allowance, and many more Be a contact person with Employees for follow-up tasks for the Benefits Team Maintain system wide through SAP Handle standard inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone (if required) Timely execute assigned tasks and issues according to defined processes, timetables and service levels in compliance with tariff and works agreements Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Services procedures, processes and systems and respective documentation Providing input for the creation of user manuals and process mappings Providing input for communication of standards, procedures and processes to employees, internal customers Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts within HR Services Key Relationships: HR Rewards HR Services teams HR Experts HR Partners GBS Finance and Controlling External authorities, consultants, and suppliers Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions Very good time management and organizational skills and detail-oriented work style Team player mentality and willingness to learn Strong customer focus and service minded International mind-set; first experience as part of a geographically & culturally diverse team Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizes and completes tasks in order of importance Good understanding of legal and tariff regulations Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree, preferably related to HR 6 months to 1 year relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within HR Very good command of English Experience with Business computing solutions and with SAP HR Good knowledge of MS-Office applications Basic knowledge in HR Shared Service set-up
