You'll be focused in Collaborating directly with several teams to design, implement and support complex HR business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environmentWorking in an international team of HR-IT expertsConfiguring application and providing best-practice guidance on customer processesConducting international rollouts for business processes and handling change requestsMaintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurateInteracting with different streams and areas of expertise within the projectHandling application corrective and preventive maintenanceIn order to succeed, you'll need Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fieldAbility to evaluate and document business requirementsHave initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocksStrong communication and analytical skillsGreat English skills, both written and spoken.About the product Volkswagen Group, with headquarters in Germany and operations around the world, selected the full SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite to help streamline and consolidate HR processes and increase efficiencies across all brands globally.
