Mira's most important breakthrough was inventing the market's only FDA-compliant at-home fertility monitor with quantitative technology. Since the beginning, they have been on a mission to develop data-driven hormonal health solutions to help women make confident health decisions during every stage of their lives—from the menstrual stage to menopause. Mira offers solutions to test, boost, and navigate fertility—starting from comprehensive hormone testing and supplements to fertility coaching and online courses.

About the position We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to drive impactful influencer partnerships and campaigns that align with our brand's vision and help us reach new audiences. The ideal candidate is experienced in influencer research and outreach, campaign management, performance analysis, and is a strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities Research and onboard new nano and micro-influencers who align with Mira's brand and values, helping expand our influencer network.Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring open communication and smooth collaboration. You'll be the main point of contact and ensure everything runs seamlessly.Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with influencers, creating mutually beneficial partnerships that drive results for both sides.Coordinate and oversee influencer collaborations from start to finish, ensuring all content is on-brand and aligns with our marketing objectives.Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve future influencer collaborations.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the latest best practices in influencer marketing, continuously bringing fresh ideas and strategies to the table.Requirements 1-2+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a passion for creating impactful campaigns.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You'll be working closely with influencers, so connecting with people is keyA solid understanding of social media platforms and the latest influencer marketing trends. You know what's trending and how to leverage it for great results.A great balance of creativity and organization, with an eye for detail. Bringing fresh ideas to the table while staying on top of all the moving pieces.Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks, even when things get busy. Staying organized is your secret weapon.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks effectively, even in a fast-paced environment.Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus. Whether you're tracking performance or refining strategies, you know the tools that help get the job done.A passion for women's health and wellness is a big plus. If you're passionate about making a difference, you'll fit right inFluency in English. Written and spoken communication skills are essential for smooth collaboration.Details The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours and occasional overlap with the US team.
