KLx is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines.
Our mission is to assist with the IT transformation & activities of a worldwide bank capitalizing on all the skills from our international campus in Lisbon.
About Responsibilities The main mission will be: Manage the division being created as part of the company's development plan. This manager must have the ability to code, to manage the application solutions and the teams of developers/integrators.Provide the company with a division covering the four areas of activity that the company wishes to develop as part of its strategy: expertise projects; technical support; shared technical service; quality of delivery; design authority;Steer and coordinate cross-business initiatives such as: Communities of experts; Technical, business and methodological training courses and Operational Resource Certifications;Propose and implement new initiatives as part of the company's ambitions;Consolidate KLx's technical guidelines along with the Architects and/or Design Authority of the Group entities and client entities, and propose synergies, development, etc.Monitor the projects' progress, making it possible to make the most of the progress made by operational companies in terms of skills development;Drives technical support along with the offer development and corporate integration department,Participate in the drafting of offers;Intervening in the integration phases of new client entities or new specific scopes not covered by KLx operational BU expertise;Respond to and qualify media requests;Propose solutions;Monitor the quality and budget indicators of the activity;Manage the shared technical serviceOversee cross-business projects or activities across multiple KLx operational BUs;Coordinate short or limited technical projects for operational BUs and for specific technical solutions.Quality Assurance giving support in the construction of dashboards and operational reporting, including KPI;Support in the implementation of KPI or code audit, security and performance;Conduct audits by picking of deliveries of operational BUs.Responsible for communities and internal projects;Responsible for the management and deployment of delivery practices (head office);An expert in activities management of external developer resources.Who you are Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent experience;Minimum C1 level of French and English (both languages are mandatory);Active listening and empathy capability;Leadership and ability to coach;Public speaking and clear communication;Ability to synthesize.Know-how required:Java, Spring, Angular, Kafka, IOS, Android, Spark;Database;DevOps;AWS, Google;AI: Mistral, ChaGPt;Automation;Conception & Design;Nice-to-have Know-how:Technical and application architecture;Audit and mapping;Project Management;Cross-functional coordination;Delivery control (run and build);Expert team management;What we Offer Competitive Salary + Bonus + Flex Benefits + Health Insurance;Hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work;Open Space with a lovely location next to Tejo, 5 minutes' walk from Metro and Train Station, 15 minutes' drive from Humberto Delgado's airport;Parking upon request (option to charge electrical cars);Free coffee, hot chocolate and fruits;Training (Hard and Soft Skills);International environment with more than 15 nationalities;A people oriented and friendly working environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
