Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of customer contacts through various channels: calls, emails, and moreInvestigate and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and solutions.Monitor our network of chargers to identify and resolve issues quickly.Master multiple tools, applications, and knowledge bases to provide top-notch support.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Triage and escalate urgent issues for swift resolution.Document customer contacts thoroughly and identify trends for feedback to management.Who Are We Looking For?Languages: Fluent in Flemish, French, and English (spoken and written). Portuguese, Spanish, and Polish are a big plusEmpathy: You understand the user experience and handle requests with care and creativity.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adaptable to different methods.Proactive Spirit: You're independent, entrepreneurial, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Passion for Sustainability: Enthusiasm for electric mobility is a huge plusLocation: Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate.
