responsabilidades The Senior Revenue Recognition Specialist is part of a team responsible for providing high quality accounting service in the General Ledger for global internal company clients.
In addition to performing daily operational tasks, will also have an opportunity to take part in the process transition, including creating procedures, recognizing areas for enhancement, and introducing improvements, along with stabilizing the migrated process.drive end to end process for served locations according to Bruker corporate policies.review, maintain and validate status of orders processensure proper documentation in place (RRC)follow up on deferred revenueextended warrantypost BS and P&L Reclassesperform Balance sheet account reconciliations in order to confirm the accuracy and validity of the processmonthly Reporting to Corporateperform SOX controlsperform monthly statistical reportssupport audits and other business queries.perform other duties as required.
Qualificações Bachelor Degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum 4 years of General Ledger/ AR work experience with US GAAP revenue recognition requiredCommunicate effectively and professionally in English (written and oral), other foreign language would be an assetAdvanced computer proficiency with SAP ERP and MS Office Suite including Excel expertiseDemonstrated ability to work on and own initiatives while also collaborating within a teamProven ability to assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, then make clear and timely decisionsProactive with the ability to manage time-dependent critical processesAdvanced understanding of controls required within an accounting organization.Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
