Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Records Management Officer for a hybrid project in Lisbon's banking sector.
Job DescriptionThis position is part of a Records Management Office (RMO) team that oversees regulatory and non-regulatory records for the CIB group. The RMO implements proactive measures to meet regulatory scrutiny and corporate governance requirements. The goal is to manage corporate records efficiently, protect and store records securely, make records accessible when needed, and destroy out-of-policy records periodically.
The Records Management Officer will need to collaborate with multiple cross-functional areas, including Information Technology, Compliance, Legal, Controls, and centralized Records.
Required ProfileBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
Up to 5 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
Power BI and Jira are a plus.
A proactive attitude with project management skills.
Analytical ability with attention to detail.
