Job Description:Your Contribution to Something Big: In this role, you will manage and optimize material planning and supply chain processes for Bosch and Buderus in Germany, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. For that you will:
Material Planning & SAP Management: Oversee the planning and flow of finished goods in SAP, ensuring timely availability and efficient stock management;Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve key logistics metrics such as availability, inventory, and costs to continuously enhance supply chain performance;Project Ownership: Lead Supply Chain Optimization projects, including planning, implementation, and cross-functional coordination;Sales & Replenishment Coordination: Align sales forecasts with inventory levels to optimize stock and manage the replenishment process effectively;Point of Contact for Sales: Serve as the primary contact for the German sales team regarding product availability and delivery information.Qualifications What Distinguishes You: Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;Experience: Proven experience in material planning, supply chain management, or logistics;Know-How: Strong analytical skills, experience in inventory management, and a keen interest in optimizing supply chain. Good understanding of SAP;Working Style & Methods: Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;Personality: Passionate about customer success and delivering results. Detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement;Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
