Our client is a leading multinational company with a Shared Services Center (SSC) based in Lisbon. Descriçao da oferta Our client is looking for a Finance professional in Lisbon to strengthen the Finance CoE, with focus on Accounting & Reporting activities for European markets.
Description As Accounting and Reporting Specialist and working in close collaboration with local Finance departments and Business Process Outsourcing, the specific responsabilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:
O2C tasks;
Intercompany reconciliations and corrections if needed;
Account reconciliations;
Expenses reclassifications;
P2P analysis-expense vs deferred cost;
Manage Relationships with third-party entities;
Internal control - assistance and review with local market;
Reporting package to Group;
VAT reconciliation and submission;
Local team support.
Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as an Accounting and Reporting Specialist;
Demonstrated solid analytical capacity and understanding of financial and accounting principles and processes;
Experience working with SAP and/or Oracle;
Ability to work in a matrix organization, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Business acumen, problem-solving, customer focus and collaboration skills are essential;
Proficient/fluent in English.
