Functional Analyst

Stefanini is hiring Functional Analysts experienced in the banking sector to participate in core banking migration projects.
Project duration: 5 to 6 months.
Work model: hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site in Lisbon.
Job Responsibilities: Analyzing business requirements for core bank migration projects;Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements;Designing and implementing solutions to meet business needs;Providing support and training to end-users;Required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in requirements' analysis (mandatory);Previous experience in core banking migration processes (nice-to-have);Experience with Oracle Flexcube or similar banking software (nice-to-have);Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;Knowledge of banking industry regulations and best practices;Portuguese and English fluency (mandatory);What we offer: You will find here not only a challenging and interesting workplace, but also a rewarding work experience, with competitive compensation and benefit packages:
