Industry, Supply Chain & Operations Engineering ConsultantWe are currently looking for Engineering Recruitment Consultants to grow our Industry, Supply Chain & Operations team in Lisbon. Our ideal candidates will have a strong passion for this industry and sector in expansion. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, sourcing and screening candidates, and guiding them through the recruitment process.
We are recruiting for the following positions for industrial background engineers as:
- Junior Associate Consultants
About the role:

In Portugal, we place candidates on a permanent basis in all the fields of Engineering: Manufacturing, Industry, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Energy, Construction and Infrastructures, Pharma, Biotech and Healthcare.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Organize and meet with clients (usually C-level)
- Managing all phases of the recruitment processes, maintaining a straight relationship with clients and candidates
- Prepare and send reports+CV's to clients
- Develop a network and understanding of the market
Requirements:
At Robert Walters, previous recruitment experience is not a requirement. Many of our consultants have backgrounds in the industries for which they now recruit and as a result add significant value to both our clients and candidates.
