We are looking for a Backend Developer (Java)for a challenging project. Syone's clienthas been setting standards for digitalizing and innovating insurance processes since the 1980s. More than 40 years of history gives msg a solid presence in the market. The syone's clienthas laid the foundations for a relevant and recognized position in the insurance market, reinforced and validated by its customers' trust.

What you'll be doing: To develop and maintain existing software with Java Development;Be involved in monitoring the application through logs, indicators and other resources, in order to always maintain the good health of the application;Able to resolve technical problems assigned to him obtained during daily monitoring of the application and being proactive in resolving these problems;To contribute to refinement and implementation of solutions as part of an Agile SCRUM team;Attend Agile ceremonies and carry out duties as part of a cross functional Agile team to facilitate the success of Sprint objectives;Follow Agile software development best practice and ensure procedures are followed to ensure good governance around all aspects of the development lifecycle;Following the Change Control process for all developments and helping to maintain the stability of the production environment through this process. What do I need to bring: 4 to 8 years of work experience with Java, JAX-RS, Spring, Hibernate, Git, Maven, Jenkins;Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;Experience in developing web-based applications using Java/J2EE technologies;Familiarity with relational databases and SQL;Fluent in English.What will be valued: Experience in the insurance or financial services industry;Certification in Java or related technologies;Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.What can Syone offer me: Integration in an organization with profound and sustained growth and involvement in pioneering projects with innovative technological solutions;Strong IT training plans;Professional evolution with intervention in ambitious technological projects, both national and internationally.
