É por isso somos também conhecidos como Architects of Change™.THE ROLEThe Marketing & Communications Assistant (Intern) is responsible for assisting the marketing team's daily tasks, while helping to develop and implement the company's marketing initiatives.Specifically, you will:- Help develop marketing and sales campaigns that bring to life Logicalis' value proposition and that align with our growth strategy.- Liase with our creative partners, agencies and production suppliers to ensure the deliverables they produce meet the highest quality standards.- Quality-check all the marketing materials (including presentations, videos, internal comms, merchandising items, sales tools, etc).- Maintain websites, intranet, social media and customer communications up to date.- Help creating and translating marketing materials such as presentations, case studies, design assets; in addition to preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.- Help in the preparation, submitting and reporting of partner marketing programs.- Help updating and reporting on the marketing budget.- Maintain the marketing materials database and create team updates about the department's activities, for both our team and business partners.- Be a point of connection with Logicalis Group Marketing for the implementation of cross regional activities.This is great because:- You will work closely with colleagues across several business functions, and our partners across the Globe.- With lots of variety in a fast-paced, multinational environment you won't get bored- You'll work in a small team and have the tools and autonomy to identify problems and bring solutions to the table.Requirements:Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications is required;Digital marketing experience is required;Proficiency in English is required;Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;At least 1.5 years of some professional working experience is required (previous internships, part-time work, etc);Driving license (preferred).
