With a presence in over 40 countries, a diverse portfolio of brands, and a team of over 1500 dedicated professionals, we're setting benchmarks in the Personal, Beauty, and Home Care Market.About the Role:As a Trade Marketing Manager, you'll be the linchpin between our sales and marketing efforts, driving brand visibility and demand across various channels.
You'll design and implement innovative marketing strategies, work closely with sales teams, and oversee promotional campaigns that resonate with retailers and distributors.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive trade marketing plans based on meticulous market research and sales data.Campaign Management: Lead promotional campaigns and incentives tailored specifically to market needs and channels.Collaborative Efforts: Ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives, providing the sales team with essential promotional tools.Budget Oversight: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and tweak marketing strategies based on performance data and feedback.Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with key business partners.Market Insight: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor movements to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.Team Leadership: Guide and develop a team of marketing professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing, ideally within our industry.A proven track record in developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership capabilities and a knack for digital marketing tools.Proficiency in Portuguese and English.Why Brandcare?Joining Brandcare means being part of a forward-thinking company that impacts millions daily.
