Our client is a big reference on logistic area and his recruitment for a Customer Controller for his team.
The Custom Constroller is a strategic and operational role responsible for the development & continuous improvement to offer key service outcomes for the major clients.
The LCT is also the level 2 of escalation related to a topic raised by main customers. His / her purpose is to provide a solution or to take support of Central Control Tower to manage issue impacting multi-countries or HQ customer teams.
responsabilidades chave
Onboarding coordination: Once a new client is nominated to be onboarded, the LCT agent is the key coordinator within all the stakeholders since the customer award to the Go live;
Forecasts: The LCT agent is responsible for gathering all data related with capacity & commitment and consolidate it in the timeline & template the client is requiring;
Follow-up of?Orders?/ Spot-buys?management: LCT is required in escalation level 2 for spot buys or in whatever operation for a key client for which a special follow up is required by Top Management;
Order?fulfilment/ Service execution?monitoring / Solving: checking that execution is fulfilled according to orders;
Contract?management: LCT is in charge of ensure agreed conditions under SLA could be covered also in charge of producing KPI´s in accordance with client or internal requirement;
FAP /?Invoicing's dashboard?/ reports, be the link between invoicing team & accounting to ensure activity is being handled in the most profitable way for both parties.

Experience of +5 years on similar position (leading with clients in an international environment).
Balanced mindset between strategy & and execution.
Advanced level in written and verbal English,Knowledge of MS Office & Power BI.
Skilled in problem solving and experienced on coordinating teams.
Logistic sector/processes knowledge.
Proved communication and negotiation skills. Rigorous, self-control, customer oriented, solution oriented.
