As a Program Manager in Driver Supply Operations with a focus on Driver Education and Customer Excellence, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance driver onboarding, training, and overall satisfaction. Your role will involve developing and managing programs aimed at ensuring our drivers are well-equipped, educated, and motivated to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will collaborate with various departments to create a seamless experience for our drivers and maintain the highest standards of operational excellence.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: Program Management: Design, implement, and oversee various programs that enhance driver skills, knowledge, and customer service excellence setting clear milestones and timely completion.

Driver Education: Identify the educational needs of drivers and develop tailored training modules to address these needs, majorly online but also considering in person requirements.
Continuously update training materials to reflect changes in company policies, industry standards, and best practices.

Monitor driver performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and additional training needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for driver education engaging cross functionally with Product, Quality and Supply operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure program alignment and support.

Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of driver education and customer excellence programs through regular reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: You are target driven with strong analytical skills that allow you to anticipate, assess and design action plans to close performance gaps.
You have a natural ability to define and manage several projects and activities at the same time, defining priorities and guiding the team towards the key objectives defined in each quarter.
You are self-confident and you have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to successfully manage cross functional projects.
You are customer oriented, able to understand the needs and requirements of our drivers and the different central/local teams, and define implementation plans.
You are an excellent communicator and you have great presentation skills, who can convey the detailed aspects of complex processes and requirements in a clear, concise and engaging way. You speak fluent English (German, Greek or Spanish are a plus but not a blocker).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
Relevant experience in program management, preferably in the ride-hailing/delivery sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Familiarity with the ride-hailing industry and its unique operational challenges.
Knowledge of BI tools, SQL will be an asset.
