MKTalent is recruiting for a client based in Lisbon, a Content Experience Manager.Main Responsabilities:Own the development and implementation of content from start to finish working with other team members;Map out and align content plans together with internal and external key stakeholders.Identify new/updated content needs and integrating them into existing channels/tools and trainingmaterials;Align with Communications to build content delivery plan and communications strategy with associated activities (especially for larger topics);Meet with the Training and Quality teams regularly to understand knowledge gaps/misunderstandings that need to be addressed in the content;Train the Trainers on new/updated materials and provide details on what content has changed on a regular basis;Attend trainings once content has been developed to see how content is landing and amend content based on unclarities and commonly occurring questions.What we look for?3 to 5 years of experience working as an instructional designer or creating adult learning training material;Experience working in the telecom industry preferably;Working Knowledge of English and Italian or French;Advance user of PowerPoint and Microsoft suite;Good attention to detail while working on fast paced projects.What we offer?Salary margin regarding the experience on the area;Meal allowance;Many benefits regarding companys policies;Integration into an international work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
