Present in over 25 countries, we develop EPC solutions for wind and solar energy production through the work of our teams who contribute their know-how, experience and dedication every day.To strengthen the team, CJR Renewables is recruiting an HSE Technician (m/f) to work nationwide.RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure the implementation of safety policies and procedures on site, defined in the Integrated Management System; Elaborate, update and implement the Safety and Health Plan (including annexes) on site, according to legal requirements and client; Identify all legislationapplicable to the Work and ensure that all procedures/plans are adjusted to the legislation in force; Promote and carry out the safety awareness trainings/actions in accordance with the Training Plan (hosting and specific training actions); Participate in the periodic meetings defined by the QHSE Manager and comply with the work planning; Managing Non-Conformities, complaints and opportunities for improvement detected on site; Compile safety indicators on site to monitor the actions defined in the Process Management and Monitoring Plan and the Risk and Opportunity Management Plan, QHSE management documents of the Organization; Participate in safety audits (internal and external), define the Action Plan in response to the audit report and ensure the implementation and closure of the actions; Ensure the availability and monitoring of safety protection equipment (PPE and collective); Promote the investigation of incidents verified on site, define and implement the Action Plan and evaluate its effectiveness; Supervise that the work is carried out in compliance with safety requirements (legal, client's, among others), and issue the respective safety inspection reports; Accreditation Management/Document Control (Companies/Workers/Equipment).REQUIREMENTS:Degree in Engineering or Security Area or Specific Training in Occupational SafetyMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Safety and Hygiene at Work Technician in the area of ConstructionTechnical Course on Safety and Hygiene at Work (level IV or VI)Solid knowledge of written and spoken EnglishKnowledge of SAPKnowledge of the ISO 45001 standardOFFER:Integration in a solid, multinational and growing companyProfessional and dynamic team structureRemuneration in accordance with the skills profile and experience demonstratedMeal allowanceHealth insuranceOther benefitsUnder the GDPR, we inform you that your data will be used solely and exclusively for the recruitment process you are applying for.
