Position Summary:
The Payroll Specialist plays a vital role in our global Payroll team, contributing to the success of business operations.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on payroll queries to employees and stakeholdersPrepare internal payroll reports by monthly cut-off datesCollect and process payroll-related transactions for international locationsReview and verify monthly payroll files and supporting documentationEnsure accuracy and integrity of international payroll reportsManage international payroll processes for efficiency and effectivenessCreate procedures and guidelines for payroll processes with HR DepartmentsPartner with international payroll service providers to implement Company practicesMaintain HRIS systems with accurate pay informationAnalyze and audit payroll data for issues and recommendationsSupport salary and bonus review processes and compile reportsCoordinate with Finance and AP departments on payment activitiesPrepare recalculated payrolls and reconcile with Finance departmentStay up-to-date on international compensation and benefits legislative requirementsProvide support for international HR/Payroll projectsEssential Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years administrative/accounting experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentProficiency in MS Office and ExcelExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)High level of professionalism with confidentialityPositive attitude and strong problem-solving competenciesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAnalytical skills and attention to detailDesired Skills and Experience:
