Position: Front-End Tech Lead (Hybrid in Porto) Who We Are:

What You'll Be Doing: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for individual and team improvement.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to architectural guidelines while working closely with the architecture and infrastructure teams.Continuously monitor and optimize data systems to enhance efficiency and customer experience within the context of the financial services sector.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all solutions and system configurations, changes, and Agile development processes while adhering to industry compliance requirements.What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React.js and React Native.Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Strong programming skills in C#.Strong understanding of data modeling principles and database design techniques.Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, CosmosDB, MongoDB).Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.Additional Skills (Preferred): Proficiency in industry-specific financial systems and regulatory requirements.Relevant experience using design systems and UX standards.Why Work for Nimber: Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the IT industry;Collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on employee development;Competitive salary and benefits package;Access to cutting-edge technologies and projects;Opportunity for career growth and advancement;If you're an out-of-the-box Front-End Tech Lead with a passion for crafting efficient, scalable, and secure systems, we want to hear from you
