Join us in this project and start making a contribution to innovation in the industryWe are looking for a ServiceNow OM / SPM Architect to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.Key Responsibilities:8+ years of experience with ServiceNow and 3+ years of experience with OM, and SPM; Supporting a team of ServiceNow Business Analysts and process experts on implementation activities; Participating in design workshops and supporting BAs and developers; Transforming proposals into concrete implementations to showcase product capabilities and limitations; Delivering and partially implementing process, and feature designs minimizing the level of customizations; Designing ServiceNow OM and SPM implementations; Excellent kwledge of Order Management, SPM, Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences; Portal management and customization; Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features; Experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs & Integration Hub); Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer; Good knowledge of CSDM; Knowledge of Ordering and SPM processes; Knowledge of Sales processes; Fluent in English.What you can expect from us:Health insurance; A personalized training plan, with a budget to spend on the training and technical books you find necessary; Constant feedback so you can grow professionally; Remote onboarding process; Team events every semester so you can live new adventures; Exclusive discounts and offers from our partners; Culture of proximity and transparency.
