System Architecture & Best Practices: Stay abreast of Salesforce Marketing Cloud's latest updates, features, and best practices. Propose optimizations to enhance automation, personalization, and platform efficiency.
requisitos/requirements
Experience in Salesforce administration, preferably in Marketing Cloud;
• Experience managing enterprise platforms. Salesforce knowledge/experience and CRM knowledge/experience is a plus.
• At least 3 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platform;
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate marketing goals into technical requirements, including data modeling, segmentation, and campaign logic;
• Experience managing multiple Org environments;
• Extensive Development knowledge with Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Studio & Builders of Salesforce Marketing cloud, Automations, Journey Builder, Cloud pages, API, SOQL, REST and SFTP and Admin knowledge on Salesforce sales Cloud;
• Certificates Salesforce: Salesforce Administrator, SFMC Administrator, Salesforce Marketing cloud, Email Specialist, SFMC Developer.
