This is a Hybrid Porto-based opportunity.
As a Lead Cloud Architect, you will work for our client – a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and unwavering commitment to its clients You will be responsible for architecting cutting-edge cloud solutions tailored to the unique needs of the financial industry, leveraging innovation, agility, and a steadfast commitment to client satisfaction to drive forward the organization's technology initiatives and strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities: Design and implement scalable cloud solutions on GCP and AWS
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes for orchestration
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards in cloud environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural designs
You're ideal for the role if you have:Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) with experience in cloud solution design
Familiarity with containerization technologies, particularly Kubernetes, and experience with Docker
Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and proficiency in tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
Knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and conveying technical concepts to stakeholders
Fluency in English
