Simulation Development is a new, rapidly growing department of highly motivated engineers, responsible for propelling, defining, and ensuring that both short and long-term targets are met for how we simulate across our wind turbine platforms and modules.
Responsibilities Scrum Framework Facilitation: Act as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or several teams, facilitating Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.Team Empowerment: Work closely with all team members to build a self-organizing and motivated team environment.
Empower the team to make decisions and continuously improve their processes.Impediment Resolution: Actively work to recognize and remove barriers affecting the team's forward movement.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to resolve dependencies and create a smooth working environment.Continuous Improvement: Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the team, encouraging regular retrospectives to reflect on performance and implement changes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate clear communication between team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Coach and Mentor: Provide coaching and guidance to team members on agile principles and Scrum practices.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science or related discipline.Certified Scrum Master or any relevant agile certification are preferred but not mandatory.Relevant experience as a scrum master or related field.Curious, humble and keen on learning.Knowledgeable of agile principles, values and methodologies with the ability to apply them in a practical setting.Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.Collaborative, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and leadership.Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify and address obstacles hindering team progress.Role model for teams in terms of continuous learning and improvement.What we offer In our department you can expect to find a working culture that is friendly and informal.
