Monitorizar de forma contínua perfis atribuídos. Monitorizar diariamente o transporte de requests nos ambientes SAP. Realizar checklist periódico envolvendo análise de performance & tuning. Prestar suporte técnico à Equipe de Segurança Operacional e Controle de Acessos apontando eventuais riscos operacionais, processos críticos e falhas de segurança ocasionadas por inconsistências na atribuição de perfis e concessão de acessos. Garantir a eficiência dos serviços SAP visualizando a produtividade na realização de tarefas. Verificar relação Planeamento versus Uso Efetivo da capacidade instalada. Suportar as equipas funcionais na criação e transporte de requests. Evitar incidentes críticos através de análise de workload, dumps e logs. Suporte no dimensionamento da infraestrutura tecnológica para aplicações SAP: Sizing. Monitorizar diariamente de todas as rotinas de integração de sistemas ligados com o SAP. Monitorizar sistemas SAP com o objetivo de resolver e identificar possíveis falhas críticas proativamente. Monitorizar e garantir o pleno uso das ferramentas SAP. Arquivar dados: deleção e armazenamento externo. Realizar o planeamento de atividades de melhoria de performance. Requirements Formação superior na área de IT. Setup e execução de Transportation Management. Mais de 3 anos de experiência em troubleshooting e tunning em SAP Basis (ECC / S4HANA). Mais de 3 anos de experiência em Solution Manager. Mais de 3 anos de experiência na criação de SAP tickets. Mais de 3 anos de experiência na criação e alteração de utilizadores e SAP roles. Mais de 3 anos de experiência geral em todo o SAP landscape. Conhecimento de SAP ERP, JAVA, ABAP, HANA. Conhecimento intermediário dos sistemas de base de dados HANA. Conhecimento do modelo de Suporte SAP e como contratar o suporte empresarial SAP. Experiência de plataformas colaborativas: Jira, Confluence e GitLab. Capacidade para entender vários sistemas distintos, as suas funcionalidades e onde se enquadram num ecosistema. Proatividade em propor e em validar logs e métricas para detetar possíveis problemas. Proatividade em sugerir melhorias nos sistemas de logs, métricas e alarmísticas para melhor conseguir fazer o seu trabalho. Proatividade em sugerir melhorias nas plataformas e/ou ferramentas para ajudar no trabalho do dia a dia.
