We are more than 600 consultants with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid.DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:· DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams; · DECSKILL BOOST,through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed; · DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers.We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join a project for a client in the banking sector.Main Tasks:Act as the bridge between project teams and IT Teams, ensuring smooth collaborationDevelop and track the project roadmap, aligning business needs with IT requirementsIdentify and anticipate technical, security and operational risks related to IT integrations & flows connectivityProvide regular status reports to sponsors and stakeholders.Lead and coordinate projects, working closely with business and technical teamsEnsure that projects comply with Corporate and CIB IT Governance frameworksEnsure adherence to specific governance rules, including compliance, security, and IT validationContribute to define, with business, success criteria for POCs and oversee their evaluation for potential scaling to projectsPrepare and present documentation, reports, and governance validation requests when neededWork closely with the IT teams to integrate digital solutions into the IT ecosystemDefine and oversee technical connectivity requirements (APIs, data flows, interoperability, etc)Ensure that architectures comply with the corporate IT standardsCoordinate testing phases and validation processes with technical teamsDrive initiatives around zero-trust architecture, encryption, identity management and secure access controlsFacilitate communication between business, IT and project teamsEnsure technology watch to stay updated on IT trend and IT innovationsTechnical Skills:6+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally within CIB2S IT with strong focus on compliance, security and IT governanceStrong knowledge of IT architecture principles, APIs and Data exchange protocolsDeep understanding of security frameworks and best practices
