The Role
As we enter our next phase of growth, Athena Advisers is looking for a Graphic Designer to work alongside our marketing team to provide design materials such
as infographics, brochures, ad banners (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), social media assets, presentations and other marketing design-related items.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of real estate and product marketing, and be able to enhance the brand identity through their work.
Reporting to our current Designer, you will be working alongside the marketing team mostly from home, with occasional days in our Lisbon office.
We are looking for a self-starter who is quick at delivering results and seeking part time work within an international company, then this is the job for you and we would love to hear from you.
About you
We are looking for a candidate who has the;

?ability to multitask, manage multiple work streams and hit tight deadlines
?willingness to listen and follow direction as provided
?excellent creative thinking and problem solving.
?good time management and task prioritisation skills
?initiative to suggest fresh ideas
?fluent in English
?enthusiasm to support the existing marketing and sales teams
Key Responsibilities
Duties will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
?Deliver a broad range of design projects including product brochures and presentations, email, web design, motion graphics, print and social campaigns.
?Hands on design ability to produce new and fresh designs across print and digital, as well as social assets for Instagram and marketing campaigns.
?Think creatively and propose new design ideas to further develop the brand identity and continuously evolve output to keep designs fresh and innovative.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
?Minimum of one years' working experience
?Design portfolio that covers the key responsibilities described above
?Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, more specifically InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
?Experience with Keynote design or similar
?Experience with Tilda would be ideal or a similar website-builder
?An interest in the high end real estate sector is essential as is a willingness to immerse yourself in our sector and follow emerging trends
?Growth mindset with an eagerness to learn and willingness to ask questions
?An interest in and appreciation of travel, interior design, real estate, skiing and investment
