About the Role Brighten's ADAPT team is seeking a talented Analytics & Business Intelligence Engineer to develop impactful data and visualization solutions. In this role, you'll support the design, implementation, and optimization of BI dashboards, analytics pipelines, and data models while collaborating with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Our projects span across retail, logistics, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and food & beverage, providing a dynamic environment to apply and expand your expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), QlikView, or similar tools.Assist in building hybrid data solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, integrating on-premises data sources.Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.Support the development of ETL pipelines, integrating data from ERP systems like SAP, Sage, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.Evaluate data integrity, security, and compliance, following best practices in governance.Collaborate with senior engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to understand and address business needs.Troubleshoot and enhance existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability.Essential Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in BI development, analytics engineering, or data visualization.Proficiency in BI tools for dashboard creation and reporting.Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and transformation.Basic experience with Python for data manipulation and automation is a plus.Understanding of ERP data structures and data integration practices.Familiarity with ETL pipelines, APIs, and cloud-based data workflows.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Why Brighten?
