Key Responsibilities: Senior and Executive Recruitment: Identify, attract, and place candidates in senior roles (e.G., Senior Managers, Department Heads) and executive positions (e.G., CFO, CIO, CEO) within leading firms in the IT and finance sectors. Client Acquisition: Use your industry expertise and network to secure new clients, focusing on those needing senior and executive talent. Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and encouraging long-term partnerships. Collaboration: Partner with our skilled recruitment team to efficiently close recruitment projects and achieve successful placements.
