Esta função é fundamental na gestão de candidatos, clientes e colaboradores.Terás como principais responsabilidades:- Realização de processos de recrutamento e seleção; - Análise das necessidades de recrutamento dos clientes; - Gestão administrativa relacionada com candidatos, clientes e colaboradores; - Garantir a comunicação, relação e gestão dos clientes; - Acompanhamento de candidatos e colaboradores.Procuramos um perfil com:- Formação académica na área das Ciências Sociais e/ou Empresariais; - Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares; - Experiência em empresas de trabalho temporário ou outsourcing (será um plus); - Sentido de responsabilidade e organização; - Bom relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de trabalho em equipa.- Será necessária carta de condução para visitas a clientes.Este é o momento certo para te juntares a nós
