INTERNATIONAL AREA MANAGER MISSION:
As International Area Manager, you will be working closely with our Franchise Partners to ensure the growth of the Parfois business in a determined international region. You will represent the brand in the same market(s), ensuring that the Parfois image and guidelines are applied and followed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor the annual budget and business plan of each Partner, ensuring profitability;
Ensure that the action plans developed with the different areas of Headquarters (Logistics, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, among others) are properly implemented in the Stores;
Define and implement different strategies and actions that improve the product and adapt the collection to the market to boost sales and efficient stock rotation;
Monitor and advise the Franchisees' local team, assuming responsibilities related to recruitment, performance evaluation, and training, to guarantee that Parfois' procedures and best practices are correctly implemented;
Work closely with the Store teams and train them in Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service.
PROFILE:
Previous experience in similar roles;
Fluency in English and French (oral and written). Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Availability to travel internationally (3 weeks per month);
Must be available to live in Porto.
