WHAT YOU'LL DO AT PERITIDesign and build automation and integrations that enable great user experiences.Work with APIs and integration platforms of different systems to enable.Contribute in a rewarding way to team and company strategy. We are a startup and need everyone's ideas to make great decisions.CUTTING EDGE CRM TECHNOLOGYWe enable Digital Transformation and tailor the HubSpot CRM to customer needs. 
For that, we:
Learn customer business processes…and how customer systems interact,to create the technological bridges to make everything run smoothly. We model and work with data, APIs and different automation tools. We leverage technical expertise to give users simple, integrated solutions.WHO WILL LOVE LIFE AT PERITI?Someone who shares our love of working in few weeks to few months projects, with different business contexts, sizes, industries.3-5 years experience with multiple parts of the backend stack, from databases to APIs.A lot of empathy with users — understanding their challenges, how they work, and how that drives everything.Curiosity and ability to autonomously make tradeoffs with the customer and business in mind.Excellent communication skills. You must be able to collaborate effectively with people in a remote, cross country environment, and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.A taste for learning different tools and technologies, and combining them into elegant solutions.We understand that the confidence gap/imposter syndrome may prevent you from applying — don't let that happen, we'd love to hear from you
