Your responsibilities and impact as a Travel Agent will be:Answering incoming queries from customersIdentifying issues and provide solutionsEnsuring high level of customer satisfactionRecording data in the CRM systemProviding ad-hoc supportBeing a team player and participate in the success of the team and projectSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:You are a native Dutch speakerYou have a business proficiency level of EnglishYou are looking for a job opportunity abroadYou are motivated and committed to your workYou have excellent communication and listening skillsYou are a team player and you are willing to work with many other nationalitiesWhat's in it for you?Type of contract: a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every yearWorking hours: full-time (40h/week)Monday to Friday, availability to work between 7 am - 7 pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational scheduleTraining of 20 days nearly fully paidSalary conditions (*) – 2 options:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/monthExcluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/monthFor international candidates:
