Role Overview As a Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns, creating high-quality content, and growing our online community. You will work closely with our marketing team to build brand awareness and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Create, edit, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and more) tailored to each platform.Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools.Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience insights to optimize performance.Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a loyal online community.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging social media tools.Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for growth.Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience in social media management and content creation.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including fluent English.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Management skills and strategic thinking.Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.A portfolio or examples of previous social media work is required.Availability to travel in Portugal to our Lisbon and Algarve projects.Why Joining the Martinhal family?
