What skills do you need to have:
Experience as a Functional Analyst, with Agile methodologies - SCRUM
Solid knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques, such as interviews, prototyping, and user stories
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different levels of stakeholders, including technical teams and end-users
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes and evolving priorities
Familiarity with project management and issue tracking - Jira and Trello
Experience in software testing/QA
Relevant certifications in business analysis or Agile methodologies are welcome
Some of your responsibilities will be: Work together with stakeholders to understand business goals and needs, and turn them into clear and simple functional requirements
Organize brainstorming sessions and meetings with the team and stakeholders to gather requirements
Create detailed documents like user stories, flow diagrams, and prototypes using Agile methods
Make sure the requirements are easy to understand and complete, using techniques like acceptance criteria and the Definition of Ready (DoR)
Collaborate closely with the PO to prioritize the most important tasks in the project
Attend daily stand-up meetings and sprint reviews to update progress and answer questions from the development team
Test the functionality of the project to ensure everything works correctly and fix any issues that come up
Support the development team throughout the whole development process, providing extra explanations and adjusting requirements when needed
Resolve any conflicts or confusions in the requirements by getting everyone on the same page
