We're looking for a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and excel in a dynamic environment, this could be the ideal role for you

Role Overview:

Ensure a safe online environment by reviewing user-generated content for compliance with guidelines. Enforce policies, address user appeals, and collaborate with your team to maintain platform standards. Stay updated on trends to improve moderation processes and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Review: Examine videos, audio, comments, links, and user-generated content to determine if they comply with community guidelines. Tag and address content that violates rules to maintain a safe environment for all users.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure that all content, including cover images and titles, aligns with platform policies and guidelines.
User Engagement: Address user appeals and concerns related to content moderation, providing support and clarity as needed.
Compliance Assurance: Work closely with your team to uphold platform compliance regulations and contribute to a consistent and effective moderation process.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with emerging trends and user behavior to proactively identify potential issues and adjust moderation practices accordingly.
Feedback and Improvement: Offer constructive feedback on content moderation processes and collaborate with internal teams to enhance moderation strategies and tools.

Requirements:

C1/C2 proficiency in German
B2 proficiency in English
EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
