Your role We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (f/m) for the newly founded Quality Assurance team as part of SAP's Sovereign Cloud Organization.
With the buildout of new Sovereign Cloud regions, you will be taking part in laying the foundation towards a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry.
You will be responsible for the technical validation of multitenant solutions in our pre-production landscape.
What you'll do Initial build and implementation of SAP Solutions on Sovereign Cloud pre-production environmentTechnical validation of deployment processes and implementation documentationWorking with appropriate complex systems administration, database administration, and landscape provisioningPartner with product development team to design and enhance the servicesWork in a diverse environment and cross-train with other global team membersWhat you bring Must have
Desire and ability to work independently on complex issues, as well as collaborate efficiently with experts across different time zones to anticipate issues that impact customer successExpertise with GitLabFamiliar with Terraform and AnsibleExpertise with Linux, SUSEDebugging/Troubleshooting skillsAbility to multitask and handle various projects, deadlines and changing prioritiesExcellent communication and prioritization skillsWillingness to learnExcellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishMust be a NATO-country citizenNice to have
Hashicorp Vault, Argo CD, GitOpsExperience with CI/CDExperience with Cloud Computing and Databases (e.g., AWS Route 53, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM, ACM, KMS, VP or strong knowledge in Azure services)Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Python, BASH scriptingExperience with building, implementing, and/or supporting multitenant solutionsBring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
