??We are looking for a Back-office/ Administrative Assistant fluent in Italian and English for a client in the city of Porto.

The purpose of the role is to:
? Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment;
? Checking if all customs documentation is completed correctly;
? Contacting customers by email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance;
? Ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced goal orientated environment.
NOT CALL CENTER
?? You need to be:
? Fluent in Italian (at least a B2 level) and good knowledge of English;
? Team player with can-do attitude;
? Customer focused with excellent communication skills;
? Good computer skills including Microsoft Office;
? Willing to develop in a multinational/ multicultural environment.
