Terás um período inicial de formação sobre as tarefas que vais realizar e sobre a actividade da organização (caso não tenhas experiência na área);
Acompanhamento, gestão, avaliação e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores afectos à unidade de negócio;
Resposta às solicitações de serviços (Professional Services, Nearshore e Projectos) dos nossos clientes;
Gestão da relação e acompanhamento dos clientes da unidade de negócio;
Interacção com as diferentes equipas internas (RH, P&C, Finance, IT, Legal, Admin, PSS, etc).
O que procuramos?
Mais de 1 ano de experiência como Business Manager;
Compromisso, boa disposição, empenho e vontade de aprender;
Desejo de trabalhar em equipa;
Energia e motivação para tentar fazer sempre o melhor a cada dia;
Formação Superior (não somos rígidos e nesta equipa temos pessoas de diferentes áreas de formação, desde RH, Gestão, Turismo, Sociologia, Psicologia, Tecnologia, etc);
Experiência em tarefas de suporte/gestão de cliente e/ou gestão de pessoas e/ou recrutamento poderão ser úteis para a função de Business Manager;
Fluência em inglês;
Conhecimentos de francês serão valorizados.
