As a Product Compliance Project Manager, you will guarantee compliance through project management efforts, ensuring adherence to technical and regulatory changes. You will partner with compliance managers and stakeholders to monitor compliance across various categories, including labeling, food contact materials (FCM), and environmental standards.
A day in the life of... Electrical Compliance: Lead the worldwide electrical compliance for machine maintenance and market expansion, adapting to technical changes.Compliance Monitoring: Support compliance monitoring with appropriate reporting tools (PLM) across different compliance categories.Project Leadership: Manage large-scale projects to improve product animation, site deployment, and processes.Approval Processes: Coordinate the approval process with OEMs and external laboratories, maintaining compliance certificates via the Approval IT Tool.Market Expansion Support: Assist in validating labels and supporting market expansion activities.Documentation Management: Archive and maintain documentation related to compliance, ensuring stakeholders are informed of regulatory changes.What will make you successful Fluent in English (Spoken and written).University degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.Experience in product certification and compliance domains.Understanding of compliance standards and regulations.Knowledge of connectivity technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth).Familiarity with food safety and regulatory compliance.Rigor and strong discipline.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Stakeholder management.Proficiency in project management is a plus.High self-awareness and openness to feedback.Initiative in anticipating and solving problems.Commitment to personal development and continuous improvement.What we offer Here at NBS Lisbon we care about our Talents, and we continuously work to have our teams engaged and our people achieving their best professional performance, without forgetting personal development and work-life balance.
