This is what you will find hereYour responsibilities and impact as Customer Advisor for Banking Sector will be:Together with your colleagues, you will support our client by helping bank customers via phone, chat and email with any queries they may have about products or service and dealing with complaints.Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:You are a native French speakerYou have a business proficiency level of EnglishYou are looking for a job opportunity abroadYou are motivated and committed to your workYou have excellent communication and listening skillsYou are a team player and willing to work with many other nationalitiesWhat's in it for you?Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every yearWorking hours: full time (40h/week) on rotating shifts (depending on the project)Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/monthFor international candidates:Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 monthsAirport pick upYearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrivalFree Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities and social events organized by the company#J-18808-Ljbffr
